Dodge Unveil New Electric Sportscar the Circuit EV at Detroit

Based on the Lotus Europa the Dodge Circuit EV features styling inspired by the powerful Dodge Viper with its distinctive crosshair grille, wide track and low hood. The rear also gets a new more sporty look with a small diffuser. Special alloy wheels and a lick of orange paint that Chrysler calls “Tangoreen” look.
The only functional change to the car that is now called the Circuit EV is the positioning of the plug. The Circuit now has the plug socket on the left side rather than the right side of the concept car.
The A123 battery pack and 200 kW (268 hp) motor remain from the original specification. Zero to 60mph is covered in under 5 seconds, the quarter mile in 13 seconds and top speed is 120mph.
